Then pass Microsoft company on Sony's PlayStation in China

Only for about a month, Microsoft has announced that he will bring the Xbox in China come September, his ban courtesy of the local government lifted rather lax imported video games and consoles. Today, Sony has finally confirmed that the PlayStation console of Redmond in the far East actually will join. As Microsoft with China BesTV cooperation Sony called the cooperation with a local company Shanghai Oriental Pearl culture development (DCP short). SINA tech pointed out, it's interesting that the BesTV and fads are media group part of Shanghai.

Joint venture between Sony and DCP are two companies: one that handle manufacturing and sale of equipment and other services through sale, license, distribution and r & E software handle. Sony China holds 70% of the newly-formed Sony Computer Entertainment (Shanghai) (no doubt, who manages the hardware part), but only 49% of other new business development called Shanghai Oriental Pearl Sony computer entertainment culture.

As you can imagine, the announcement that the joint venture "will introduce" quality, healthy games noted suitable to the national conditions of China and the preferences of the national actors, because according to Government policy. This means that we will probably see that censored much PlayStation games out there (and also less games in General), as well as our hypothesis is that the consoles still not compatible with play, which could be released in other countries. That is, it should not be forgotten that China joint venture Nintendo iQue, never this kind of regional applied on the DS and DS 3-limitation when it is sold.

What is not clear is when and to whom the PlayStation products officially hits stores in China, but formerly as Sony tried, about his long preparation for this launch, we would not be surprised if the Japanese company Microsoft in the race here.
