This is what the new CyanogenMod OS looks like on the OnePlus One

OnePlus has been constantly dishing out teasers for its upcoming One smartphone since December, but little is known about its UI until we received these two screenshots today, courtesy of a reliable tipster. First of all, this Android KitKat-based OS is dubbed "CyanogenMod 11S," and given how the lock screen on the left looks nothing like the one in the original CyanogenMod, we assume the "S" indicates that this flavor carries OnePlus ' customizations. This cleaner lock screen lacks the usual unlock slider, but it still shows the clock, date, weather, battery level and text messages over a solid-color background. Heres hoping that we can also toggle specific apps from the lock screen using swipe gestures.

The screenshot on the right confirms the presence of the three virtual Android buttons (as opposed to hardware ones), and that this Android 4.4.2-based OS is made for a device named "One." With 23 more days to go until the phones launch, we will be keeping an eye out for the OnePlus Ones few remaining secrets--especially its sub-$400 price tag, which is very competitive for this 55.5-inch 1080p, Snapdragon 801-powered device. 0 Comments Share

Amazing Phone - Best I've Ever Held
March 27, 2014 First Time HTC Owner
From:Indiana, USA Age: 17 or under
Gender: Male Smartphone
Experience: Intermediate Camera 4 / 54 / 5 Sound Quality 5 / 55 / 5 Screen 5 / 55 / 5 Ease Of Use 5 / 55 / 5 Battery Life 3 / 53 / 5 Look And Feel 5 / 55 / 5 The HTC One M8 just came out, and so I've only used it for a day and a half, but I would highly recommend it to others. It's the first smartphone I've owned, but I've had plenty of experience with others' phones and tablets, and was just waiting for my coming of age. With that, let's get into the review. Display The display on the HTC One M8 is amazing. Like, absolutely stunning. The 1080p panel is durable, bright, and vivid. All around, there's no way I can possibly complain. Speed This phone just flies. Through everything. Like, there was no way I could do anything that could cause this phone to stutter. The Snapdragon 801 inside does its job well. Sound Yes. Like, seriously, these are great. They get really loud at max volume (loud enough to make my friends yell at me to turn it down), and they sound really clear. The only thing they're lacking is the deep bass impact that bigger speakers can have, but seeing as this phone is about an eighth of the size of most speakers with good bass, they're impressive. Additionally, plugging in a headset sounds great thanks to the BoomSound feature. Conncectivity I get 4G everywhere around my house so far as I can tell, and it's usually even faster than my home WiFi, so that's a plus. Loading videos on YouTube takes a couple seconds, but that's to be expected. Twitter and Chrome run insanely fast, like faster than I ever imagined. The Bluetooth also works well - it's simple and easy to connect, like it should be. Design The design of this phone is just spectacular. Probably the best part about this phone - it's durable, easy to hold, and just makes me want to pick it up and play with it. Like, I just want to hold it. I probably spent an hour just turning it on with the double tap motion gesture, which I'm a huge fan of. Camera From what I've seen, the camera is pretty solid. It's not the sharpest camera I've ever seen, but it definitely does a very good job of capturing as much light as possible: the Ultra pixel seems to work here. I still wish images would be sharper with more detail, but it's really impressive for a 4 megapixel camera. The front-facing camera on the other hand, is stunning. Probably the best selfies I've ever seen from a smartphone camera, and the camera app runs really well and is easy to use. Battery This is the only thing that I think actually needs to be improved. I don't doubt it would last a whole a day of normal use, and maybe even heavy use, but the battery still seems to run down fast enough that it worries me sometimes. It's usable, but I would love for it to last longer. Considering the performance though, it's definitely impressive. Conclusion This phone is amazing. Granted, I'm coming off of a 4 year old Verizon EnV3, that still flips open, but absolutely love this phone. I would absolutely recommend this phone to absolutely anybody. Lots of people say they think it's too big, but I think it's just the right size, blazing fast, and beautiful. Yes, I recommend this product.

Hackers paid by the government ??

You can spot instances involving state-sponsored hacking against dissidents and terrorism suspects, however it now appears that these attacks frequently target the press -- and much more often than the truth is in the announcement. Google security fitters report that 21 from the top 25 mass media outlets worldwide have faced some type of government-backed hacking attempt, with many advisors flying under the radar. In Vietnam, as an example, attackers have tried out to discourage insurance coverage of human privileges issues by tricking journalists into reducing their PCs.

Flying objects , getting closer to UFO!!

So I was looking around reading like always , and here I found this little video its an advancement in technology and I must say , I am very interested in this because it brings us closer to UFO like technology in my opinion , but the again , I'm only a college student with big crazy ideas. But I wont make you wait any longer here it is enjoy and let me know what yall think about this.

From Engadget , this is what i read
Ultrasonic levitation has been possible for awhile, but it's not very practical when objects must typically hover along a single axis. University of Tokyo researchers Yoichi Ochiai, Takayuki Hoshi and Jun Rekimoto have cleared this hurdle with an ultrasonic array that can push items around in 3D space. The machine creates a focal point from a three-dimensional standing wave; users just have to alter the wave's properties to move whatever is caught inside that point. The technique can manipulate a wide range of materials, and it's safe to disrupt with your hands. While the array will need to scale up before it lifts objects much larger than matchsticks or screws, it already shows that we don't need exotic technologies like tractor beams to float things through the air.
